In 2014, I became pregnant with my first son and had to learn to balance the world of IT Project Management & Operations while learning to be a mom for the first time.
It was rough.
I was tired.
Feeling lost and overwhelmed was an everyday occurrence.
And burnout and exhaustion hit hard.
The story was no different when my second son was born in 2016, only I had a more difficult recovery physically, more responsibility at work and a toddler to chase at home.
By the time my daughter was born in 2018, I felt like I had finally figured out how to do this whole work and motherhood thing, so naturally, I piled even more onto my plate with an across state move, starting a service-based online business, and a new job in the world of finance.
